Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home and community settings.


We are looking for a
Client Service Supervisor who can be autonomous in leading a team of personal support workers, and nurses and comfortable providing support to staff and clients.

This is a **Full-Time, 8-month contract position, hybrid role
- based at our Guelph office
, supervising PSWs and Nurses in Guelph, Centre Wellington and North Wellington.*
  • You will be responsible for the dayday management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community.
  • You thrive on being a selfstarter and can work well under mínimal supervision.
  • You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
  • You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
  • You are driven and thrive off delivering the best service possible to staff and clients.

Skills needed for success:


  • You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Thorough understanding of all facets of PSW and Nursing work and need to be familiar with all aspects of work that the staff would encounter.
  • Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Supervisory or managerial experience required.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have current registration and in good standing with the college of nurses of Ontario, as an RPN or RN.
