We are currently looking for a

Head of Change Management to join our team The

Head of Change Management plays a pivotal role enabling advice and service effectiveness by connecting the dots between head office and frontline advisors to deliver meaningful programs that elevate both the employee and client experience. They will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies and programs to deliver transformation enablement tools to the organization.


The role requires a leader with experience in leading change management within complex transformative initiatives and influencing skills who can build relationships and steward change across all areas of the organization.

They will regularly interact and engage with all stakeholders across Connor, Clark & Lunn Private Capital.


What You Will Do

Build and lead the change management practice for Connor Clark & Lunn Private Capital

  • Develop and implement a multiyear change strategy & approach
  • Assess and understand change readiness & change impacts and identify key stakeholder groups to inform required activities

Develop and implement change and engagement activities

  • Scope, plan, design and implement change and engagement activities to enable single and multiyear programs and support the adoption of changes required by transformation initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive stakeholder engagement, communications and sustainment plans that support stakeholders throughout the change journey
  • Identify any changerelated program risks and recommended mitigation steps

Lead stakeholder engagement and execution, connecting the dots across different functions:

  • Lead and facilitate stakeholder sessions across multiple teams to enable leadership alignment and commitment
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design/delivery of change learning programs
  • Engage and collaborate with other team members and partners in the business (e.g., communications, learning/training, ops) throughout the transformation journey to plan and deliver on transformation priorities

Define and measure key success metrics and monitor change progress:

  • Develop KPIs and strategic dashboards
  • Run analyses and review results against performance targets
  • Share results with leadership team and stakeholders to action

What You Bring

  • University Degree in Business or similar discipline, MBA or similar postgraduate education.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in financial services
  • Experience in leading change management and communication activities within complex transformative initiatives
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills for both senior management and large employee base
  • Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholder relationships in a complex, matrix environment
  • Strong negotiation, leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in ambiguous situations
  • Robust organizational skills to coordinate and prioritize several concurrent projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to deal with many senior internal stakeholders
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
