Our team is growing We are currently seeking experienced
Electrical Assembler(s) on a permanent, full-time basis.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Installation of electrical components such as terminal blocks, relays, circuit breakers, sensors, etc.
  • Read wiring diagrams, bills of materials, work instructions, and general arrangement drawings.
  • Use of basic hand tools, screwdrivers, cordless drill, crimpers, ohmmeter, wire stripping, and wire marking equipment.
  • Perform electrical fault diagnostic tests to identify the location of the fault and replace any damaged components.
  • Keep workspace and shop safe, clean, and tidy; collect trash, debris, and other waste.
  • Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material; may be required to handle hazardous materials in a safe manner.
  • Follow health and safety rules as well as the company's policies and operations procedures.
  • Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions to the managers.
  • Ensure tasks are completed to deadlines efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform site and equipment inspections; provide assistance with heavy machinery as needed.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and other staff.

Bona Fide Occupational Requirement (BFOR)

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job:
  • standing for long periods of time;
- lifting heavy loads of up to 50 lbs.; and
- bending, twisting, and doing repetitive manual tasks.

  • Excellent hand, eye, and foot coordination.
  • Mechanical and electrical abilities to successfully perform the tasks safely and effectively.
  • Manual dexterity and good visual abilities to avoid hazardous and unsafe conditions.
  • Familiarity with various power tools and machinery.

Minimum Requirements & KSAOs (knowledge, skills, abilities, and other attributes)
-
1 or more years experience as an electrical assembler or other related positions.

  • High school diploma, GED, or other trade qualifications equivalents.
  • Sound knowledge of manufacturing VFDs and practical experience with tools.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting electrical circuits, carrying out a rapid analysis of the problem, identifying and eliminating its root cause to restore full operational capacity.
  • Good knowledge of the techniques and terminology used in the operation of electrical equipment; ability to operate a variety of electrical equipment.
  • Commitment to safety rules and having a safety culture mindset.
  • Solid understanding of safety procedures.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives to meet the expectations of our discerning clients.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility, ability to learn new work quickly, and willingness to learn.
  • Kindness, a positive attitude, and great interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to follow oral or written instructions for safety purposes.
  • Ability to work alone or with others (teamwork and collaboration skills).

Work Timings:
Weekdays (Monday to Friday) 7:30 AM to 4 PM (40 hours per week) with possible voluntary overtime.
