Responsibilities:
- Run files from start to finish with support and mentoring as may be necessary.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, financial statements, affidavits, conference briefs and facta.
- Prepare and conduct discoveries.
- Argue motions and attend conferences.
- Assist on and conduct trials.
- Research, analyze case law and statutes.
- Proficient in all legal legal software including Divorcemate and Clio.
- Provide mentoring for junior associate.
- Communicate with clients and other lawyers.
Salary:
From $90,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON
