Required Qualifications and Skills:

A valid BC Security Worker's License is required;:

  • Critical thinker
-
At least 1-2 years of Security industry experience:

  • Ability to use computers and smartphones with ease
-
Must be physically fit with the ability to stand and walk patrols, climb stairs, etc;:

  • A calm demeanor and sound decision-making skills
  • Outstanding dress and hygiene
-
Must be comfortable with UA's and interacting with the street culture,

  • Position is as a SAFETY AMBASSADOR client liaison, response and customer service
  • Observe, record, and report activities and security incidents while on shift;
  • Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
  • A calm demeanor and sound decision-making skills

Able to do foot patrol and stand for long periods of time:

  • Able to complete high-quality reports
  • Topnotch customer service, with previous experience, considered a strong asset
  • Professional approach to role; acting in a disciplined, honest and ethical manner
  • Comfortable working alone or with a diverse team
  • Must be able to follow procedure and set routines effectively
  • Strong observation and communication skills
