**Description: - Permanent Full Time- We are looking for a
_Manager, Technology Operations._

What you will do:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Mature SRE and DevOps practices for Global Corporate Technology.
  • Ensuring Risk and Control related activities are completed on time.
  • Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, working with crossfunctional teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Build effective relationships with business and other stakeholders
  • Manage vendor relationship
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members for their advancement

What you will bring:


  • Hands on experience implementing/leveraging SRE and DevOps framework using tools like Ansible, JIRA, Confluence etc.
  • Strong technical proficiency across multiple platforms, including onpremises, SaaS, Mainframe, and Microsoft Stack technologies.
  • A deep understanding of software development with a minimum of 2 years handson programming expertise. While you may not code every day, understanding the context of your team's work is paramount.
  • A track record of successfully mentoring and growing other software developers in your previous roles as a direct manager.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to discuss security topics tailored to technical, business, and leadership level audiences.
  • Experience with Coaching and Development of team members.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to deliver results across multiple parallel running projects. Can lead engagement planning, budgeting, and technical review activities to ensure deliverables are met on time, within budget, and with quality.
  • The base salary for this position is between
    $74,500*:
  • $137,900** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
