Opportunity
This position is responsible for day-to-day operational support of HR systems, data extraction, system configuration changes, and system security. The Functional Analyst elicits user requirements, conducts analysis, and prepares business user requirements.
This role is responsible for preparing and conducting user acceptance testing for any system changes and preparing user guides and documentation as needed.
SKILLS
The successful incumbent will possess:
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Experience PeopleSoft HCM, PS Queries, Component Interface, and SQL scripting
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Aptitude for accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to work well under pressure
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a supporting role for PeopleSoft HCM core modules.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in SQL scripting and/or query development.
- Prior experience in a postsecondary institution is an asset.
- Equivalences may be considered.
