Release Manager to join our exceptional team.

Responsibilities:


  • Define, implement, document, and operate release management processes across PC, console, and mobile platforms, dedicating 40% of your time to this critical task.
  • Coordinate the tools and accounts that support projects throughout the release management processes, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless execution (20% of your time).
  • Develop strong partnerships with PC (Steam, Epic), console (Microsoft, Sony), and mobile (iOS, Android) platforms, ensuring technical requirements are fulfilled and efficient releases are achieved (20% of your time).
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive timelines for each step of the release process, ensuring successful and timely launches (10% of your time).
  • Drive the submission process for age ratings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (10% of your time).

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in release management, with a track record of successfully implementing and optimizing processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, facilitating successful partnerships with individuals both inside and outside the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, where competing priorities are the norm.
  • Strict adherence to deadlines and ability to determine critical paths for project success.
