Release Manager to join our exceptional team.

Responsibilities:

Define, implement, document, and operate release management processes across PC, console, and mobile platforms, dedicating 40% of your time to this critical task.
Coordinate the tools and accounts that support projects throughout the release management processes, ensuring efficient workflows and seamless execution (20% of your time).
Develop strong partnerships with PC (Steam, Epic), console (Microsoft, Sony), and mobile (iOS, Android) platforms, ensuring technical requirements are fulfilled and efficient releases are achieved (20% of your time).
Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive timelines for each step of the release process, ensuring successful and timely launches (10% of your time).
Drive the submission process for age ratings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (10% of your time).

Requirements:

Proven experience in release management, with a track record of successfully implementing and optimizing processes.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, facilitating successful partnerships with individuals both inside and outside the organization.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, where competing priorities are the norm.
Strict adherence to deadlines and ability to determine critical paths for project success.
