OVERVIEW
Reporting to the project PIs, the Research Assistant (RA) will be responsible for supporting research activities related to the Bridges to Better Experiences and Outcomes for

Black Birthing People:

A Participatory Action Research Study (known as 'Bridges to Better Experiences' henceforth) project at the Michael Garron Hospital (MGH).

The Research Assistant will conduct project-specific recruitment, help coordinate and attend advisory panel meetings, conduct qualitative data collection, and contribute to data analysis throughout the project with the support of the project team.

The Research Assistant will also support the project's dissemination activities, including working on literature reviews and developing abstracts for publication and presentations (and will receive authorship credit).

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in a related area preferred.
