- Collaborate with the Project Manager's during site start-up, effectively supporting andacting as a role model in client coordination meetings.
- Keep our workforce up to date. Actively receiving materials and ensuring adherence to all building codes.
- Maintain updated and accurate records and inventory for all projects, our logistics team relies on your precision
- Play an integral role in the project wrap-up process, celebrating successful achievements with the team.
- Over 8-10+ years of expertise in construction.
- A construction related certificate, diploma/degree, or strong relevant experience whereyour qualifications are the blueprint for your success.

As an experienced Superintendent working in the Building Operations team at Pomerleau Construction, you will support new and ongoing project growth, challenging industry standards with your trade-driven expertise and knowledge. Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects – ranging from $ million to upwards of $1 billion – you will work closely with the project management team, various client groups and subtrades to ensure project excellence through your outstanding leadership, keen eye for detail and commitment to quality, and health and safety.
