Summary of Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Specialist at Wilcox Bodies Limited, your key role will be to leverage your robust technical knowledge of Wilcox Bodies products in providing top-notch service to our clients.

You'll be a vital player in meeting stringent deadlines, offering timely quotations and designs, and showcasing outstanding oral, written, and presentation abilities.

As an integral member of our team, you'll help enhance the visibility and popularity of Wilcox Bodies products through diverse strategies, while constantly evaluating their success.

Your role includes nurturing fruitful customer relations through precise quotations and sales orders, all while closely cooperating with our Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to deliver exemplary customer service and pre-empt potential customer issues.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Boosting and developing sales via effective communication with current and prospective customers.
Formulating quotations to secure new business opportunities and sustain existing ones.
Collaborating with customers to identify their needs and preferences, while presenting our company's products and services.
Identifying the optimal products to meet customers' requirements, through in-depth discussion of Wilcox's standard equipment and openness to custom alternatives.
Providing comprehensive support on strategic quotations and order processing for the Sales department.
Arranging the prompt delivery of necessary designs and models for existing and future customer requirements.
Managing MRP reviews and updates of Bill of Materials.
Review all incoming Orders with respective Sales Representative and Customer prior to the release to Production.
Initiating amendments or corrections through the ECR/ECN process.
Keeping informed about key customer information, upcoming opportunities, plans, and payment performance; relay crucial customer details that could influence Company decisions to relevant departments as needed.
Presenting and explaining Wilcox Bodies' best manufacturing techniques.
Acting as a critical technical and parts resource for Marketing for use on Company's digital platforms.
Traveling to meet clients and assist our Sales team when needed.

Skills/Abilities:

Comprehensive understanding of the Truck Body industry

Job Knowledge or Work Experience:

Technical background preferred
Sales and E-Commerce
Advertising and sales promotion techniques
Strong presentation skills and professional appearance
Ability to listen and communicate concisely and effectively

Education:

A postsecondary degree/diploma preferred
Black belt and/or Six Sigma training/designation an asset

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

Wears all required PPE when at manufacturing facility
Regular exposure to noise/temperature and/or adverse weather conditions/work outside
Regular working schedule, day shift
