TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST - DEVICE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Working in a team atmosphere, and reporting to the Supervisor, Service Management, ITS, the Technical Support Analyst (TSA) - Device Management Specialist supports the investigation, evaluation, purchase, and service of computing products and services of the Board by researching, coordinating, testing, configuring, administering and maintaining products and services in local and wide area network systems.

The TSA - Device Management Specialist will track and maintain records for device purchase and implementation; plan and implement ongoing service support model for new technologies and maintain and support the Asset Management and Product Lifecycle Management plans and procedures.

This position is responsible for setting up systems and products for clients and for providing assistance with day-to-day management of client troubleshooting while maintaining positive working relationships.

This position requires the ability to travel to all sites within Board boundaries.

STARTING RATE OF PAY:
$25.99 per hour

HOURS OF WORK: 7 hours per day, 35 hours per week between with a maximum 1-hour unpaid lunch
