We are in search of an organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to become part of our Marketing firm. As an Admin Assistant, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks and provide support to the Marketing team in their daily operations.



Duties:
  • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Manage calendars and arrange travel
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Complete other assigned tasks

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Capability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of marketing industry is a bonus
