Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate location of equipment in the database;
Maintain records of all transactions in the yard;
Wash and clean equipment as needed;
Inspect equipment upon arrival and prior to departure from the yard;
Prepare and stage equipment in the yard;
Load/unload equipment on trailer;
Spotting Heavy Machinery Operators;
Clean Work Area & Tools;
Provide exceptional customer service;
Employ workplace health and safety practices at all times;
Other related duties, as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

High school diploma;
Valid driver's license required;
12 years of work experience in an Industrial environment using or organizing equipment;
Experience operating equipment would be an asset;
Operate forklifts, Bobcat, pallet jacks in an indoor and outdoor environment (training will be provided);
Familiarity with Compact Construction equipment a plus;
Physical exertion required, including, but not limited to: walking, standing, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds;
Strong Computer Skills;
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment;
Positive attitude & high attention to detail;
Excellent communication abilities verbal and written.
