Job description:
We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our
Life Sciences
team in
Toronto. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.
You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as
Pharmaceutical - Manufacturing System Analyst.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ownership of manufacturing IT system issues, collaborating with users and support teams
- Coordination with local infrastructure team, global support teams, and vendors for timely support and resolution
- Drafting and maintaining documentation in alignment with GxP and Sanofi processes
- Providing inperson support for physical shop floor hardware/workstations
- Participation in oncall support for system emergencies outside regular business hours
- Driving system and process improvements to enhance user experience and reduce support efforts
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 3+ years of IT or automation experience
- Experience with computer systems validation in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management Methodologies
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Selfdriven with a passion for taking ownership
