Our residential program consists of over 50 homes, our day services program consists of two day programs and our educational program called DASCHWorks supports people in finding and maintaining meaningful employment.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the Front Desk area including welcoming visitors (sign in and issue visitor badges) and directing to appropriate areas.
- Ensure a professional and friendly atmosphere at the Front Desk.
- Manage and sort incoming and outgoing mail, manage deliveries, and coordinate courier services.
- Provide confidential executive administrative support to the Administration team.
- Conduct clerical duties such as filing, answering phone calls, photocopying, document preparation, etc.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, booking rooms, planning refreshments, etc.
- Handle expenses and billing cycles specifically for office related orders and inventory.
- Manage office building general supply needs and expense requests in relation to this.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and wellpresented at all times.
- Act as a communication bridge between visitors, employees, and various departments.
- Support with additional administrative duties as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Completion of grade 12 or equivalent education required.
- Completion of a recognized administrative program or a suitable combination of education and experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with staff, outside organizations and the public.
- Demonstrated selfstart ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
- Calm and confident approach to conflict resolution.
Work Hours:
- Full Time
- Monday to Friday
Wage:
$18 per hour
