Louis Vuitton is searching for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to oversee the Canadian market.
Based in Toronto or Mississauga and reporting into the Director of HR, the Compensation & Benefits Manager will lead and manage the design, development, communication, implementation, marketing and administration of the Company's Compensation & Benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
Key aspects of this role will include:
- Oversight of the bi-monthly Payroll program for hourly and salaried employees in multiple Provinces across Canada.
- Maintain market awareness and provide compensation recommendations for internal promotions and external hires
- Lead the Company's benefits program including marketing initiatives and change management
- Drive implementation and administration of incentive programs, annual reviews, and other cyclical processes
- Own HR Analytics and cyclical reporting requirements
- Review existing processes and policies, making proposals for improvement and adoption of best practice strategies
- Monitor compliance with all wage and hour regulations and make recommendations to meet the requirements
Profile:
Profile
- Canadian Payroll Practitioner (CPP) designation or equivalent
- Canadian Payroll Manager Certification (CPM) an asset
- Minimum 5 years end to end payroll and benefits experience in Canada multi provincial environment
- Supervisory or other relevant leadership experience
- Strong experience in Microsoft office suite, with advanced experience in excel
- Very high attention to detail and deadlines
- Analytical and strategic mindset
- Experience with ADP or Kronos an asset
