Junior Recruiter - Richmond Hill, Canada - Financial Debt Recovery Ltd.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Supports the recruitment operations for various lines of business such as head office operations, collections, and contact centres
- Present and negotiate rates/salaries and job offers including counter offers
- Contact references and complete background checks
- Select most appropriate advertising format for job postings
- Assist with a variety of HR tasks
Must Have Skills:
- 2+ years of progressive recruitment experience in a highvolume/ fast paced environment (agency or corporate)
- Must be reliable, independent, motivated and resultsdriven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very good interpersonal, and decisionmaking skills.
- Thrives in a fastpaced work environment
- Very organized and works well under pressure
- Ability to juggle competing deadlines, resilient
- Prioritize the key tasks and responsibilities of the role and be able to quickly zero in on the critical tasks while still accomplishing the goals within the role.
- Team player
- Open to continuous learning and seeking feedback and advice when faced with new or challenging situations.
- Achieving goals/targets gives you a great deal of intrinsic satisfaction
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and managing databases
- Completed College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other business related field

- Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now
Required Hours at our Richmond Hill Office:
- Monday to Friday 8:30 am
- 5:00 pm
