RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the generation, maintenance and organization inventory reports are completed on a timely basis
- Ensure the reconciliation of inventory is completed with accuracy according to corporate directives
- Report, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies across retail locations & distribution centres
- Train, monitor, and provide support to staff in physical control of inventory
- Partner with Production team to provide feedback on incoming shipment data accuracy, product changes, and other inventoryrelated issues
- Work with Supply Chain & Retail Team on inventory control practices and procedures
- Ensure inventory level accuracy on incoming shipments and outgoing transfers in the ERP system
- Conduct proactive analysis to anticipate and resolve potential inventory issues
- Develop and maintain best in class operating procedures
- Perform ad hoc duties as required to support business growth
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 to 3 years experience in inventory and operational procedures
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail is a must
- Techsavvy and data driven
- Working knowledge of inventory management software such as ERP and POS is an asset
- Experience in using NetSuite is an asset
- Ability to multitask with precise details and reporting, while working independently as we support a hybrid work environment
- Strong cross functional team player
- Logistics and Supply Chain knowledge is an asset
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
