Force Soccer Academy is a renowned organization dedicated to the development and promotion of youth soccer.

We are committed to providing a professional and supportive environment for young athletes to grow and excel in

their soccer journey, from U8 through to our partnership with Hamilton United in League1 One Ontario. Our

academy is focused on nurturing talent, fostering teamwork, and instilling a love for the game.


Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Leader to oversee the Boys Program at Force Soccer

implementing the curriculum, and ensuring the effective execution of our game model throughout the boys'

program. This role is crucial in enhancing player retention, mentoring coaches, and maintaining the highest

standards of soccer education and development.


Responsibilities:

Oversee the coaching staff and provide mentorship to assigned coaches.

Develop, implement, and continuously refine the curriculum and game model for the boys' program.

Work closely with coaches to ensure effective execution of training sessions and adherence to the academy's

standards.

Monitor and evaluate player development, providing feedback and guidance to coaches and players.

Collaborate with the technical team to scout and identify talented players for the academy.

Lead and manage performance environments, ensuring a positive and competitive atmosphere.

Organize and manage resources, including schedules, equipment, and parent handbooks.

Assist coaches and game leaders with skill sessions, game management, and coaching duties as needed.

Address questions or concerns from parents, players, and coaches regarding the program.

Provide regular updates and reports to the Technical Committee on the progress of the boys' program.

Promote a culture of respect, sportsmanship, and team spirit among players and coaches.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in coaching and leading youth soccer programs, preferably with a focus on boys'

development.

"B" License - UEFA, USSF, CSA preferred.

Strong understanding of player development frameworks and curriculum design.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with volunteer coaches, technical staff, and management.

Proficient in computer skills and able to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Must clear a criminal record check and vulnerable sector search.

Eligibility to work in Canada.
