Here's what your day to day will look like as a Project Assistant?

Ensure the respect of the planning, the schedule, the followup of the productivity of the employees, and the followup of the progress of the site;
Update the project activity planning calendar;
Prepare various material orders and followup the deliveries;
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly drawings;
Compare updated construction plans with previous versions;
Follow up on employee activities and record their hours;
Assist and support the project superintendent with daily tasks;
Serve as link and communication between the site and management teams;
Participate in coordination meetings.
