Position - Line Leader


Contact :
Duties

  • Establishing work schedules and assigning production line duties to employees.
  • Assessing received orders and adjusting the production line as necessary.
  • Monitoring output and quality to increase production line efficiency.
  • Recognizing and fixing issues with the production line quickly.
  • Performing bookkeeping duties, such as order tracking and inventory management.
  • Educating and overseeing new assembly line workers. coordinating with other departments to guarantee timely completion of orders.
  • Keeping the workplace orderly, secure, and fully functional. ensuring adherence to corporate rules and industry standards.

Requirements:


  • GED or high school diploma.
  • Experience working on a production line
  • Extensive understanding of production standards and product specifications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry regulations. proficiency in office programs and computers. excellent leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding planning and timemanagement skills. strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent methods for tackling problems.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $17.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)
