Our Client Solutions Associate provides administrative support to the Commercial Client Service Team.

Together, they deliver business tailored insurance solutions to our clients, protecting them against the effects of damage to commercial property and assets, loss of income due to unforeseen incidents or damages to third parties.

Key Job Responsibilities:

You will be supporting a designated portfolio of clientele, playing an essential role in business retention and ultimately ensuring clients have a seamless renewal experience.
Prepare renewals and endorsements.
Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement, making full use of available CRM capabilities, technology and other Gallagher resources.

Education and Experience:

Secondary School Diploma required, College or University Degree strongly preferred.
Insurance Broker's License or willingness to obtain License.
12 years of professional work experience required. Experience in a Customer Facing role within the Insurance Industry highly preferred.
