- Develop and facilitate interoperability designs and middleware programming for Smart building systems
- Collaborate with a team to produce precise designs that align with customer requirements
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) based on designs and procure equipment from relevant suppliers
- Produce Engineering design packages for ongoing and initial projects
- Identify control systems program requirements and ensure seamless integration
- Specify functional workflow needs for developers to support system development
- Engage closely with the Technology team for cohesive project execution
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in solution management
- Background in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in software development and programming languages related to middleware
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto CAD software
- Strong problem-solving skills to innovate in ambiguous situations
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
