About us:
Aline Cabinetry Canada Ltd is the industry leading wholesaler of pre-fabricated modular kitchen and bath cabinets.
Our Toronto warehouse and showroom were established in 2022 as the newest wholesale distribution center in North America after Chicago, Dallas and Orlando.
As aCustomer Service Representative at Aline Canada, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist them with inquiries, provide information about our products/services, resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer questions and concerns.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve our products/services and customer experience.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous 2 years customer service experience is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Fluent in English is a must. - Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Pay:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
