Job Title:
Human Resources (HR) Manager


Job Summary:


Goldentrust Group is looking for the HR Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the HR function of the organization.

This includes managing employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance with employment laws and regulations, and HR policies and procedures.

The HR Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the HR team and ensuring that the HR function supports the overall strategic goals of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits.
  • Implement performance management processes, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity laws, and health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and values.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs that improve employees' knowledge, skills, and competencies.
  • Use data analytics to track HR metrics, such as employee turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee engagement, to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Manage the daytoday administrative tasks of the HR function, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing HR software systems.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and data analytics.
