Job Description:

AECOM Buildings + Places is seeking a TTC Client Account Managerto be based out of our Markham office.


AECOM Buildings + Places Canada (B+P Canada) is a vibrant and growing fully integrated team spanning architecture, all the building's engineering disciplines, landscape architecture, urban planning, urban design, economics and asset management for design and infrastructure projects.


Project assignments may include, although not limited to:
Transit and Municipal, Commercial, and Institutional projects, Justice, Education and Government.


Major Responsibilities:


  • Primary contact and leader for AECOM's relationship with the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC).
  • Responsible for developing, growing, and sustaining AECOMs business for the TTC.
  • Coordinates AECOMs interactions with the TTC, to ensure consistent high quality of service and to resolve any delivery issues or conflicts.
  • Plans, organizes, and implements account management activities for the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) account.
  • Accountable for meeting key business plan objectives for the TTC account portfolio.
  • Monitors TTC projects to ensure high-quality delivery, technical excellence, and consistent client service experience.
  • Identifies risks and manages TTC project delivery to mitigate impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to set short and medium-term goals and strategies for the TTC account to align with the client's needs.
  • Identifies evolving resourcing needs for TTC portfolio.
  • May supervise and oversee other account management staff. Coaches and supports other team members in building strong relationships across the organization.
  • Supports the attraction and retention of business development talent.
  • Participates in decision-making.
  • Works independently to pursue the development of new TTC business prospects.
  • Assists in the development of TTC proposals and gives presentations to the client.
  • Generally has business development, account management and/or technical experience, may require hands-on cost proposal development.
  • May have wider market sector or business development responsibilities.

Qualifications:


Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess, at the very least:
BA/BS + ten (10) years of relevant experience, including 2 years of leadership.

Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.

Additional Information

Relocation is not available for this position.

Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position.

Offered rate of compensation in Markham will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $137,000 - $200,000.
