Reporting To:

The AZ Owner/Company Operator reports to the Manager
Transportation

Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver a variety of freight within Ontario.
Good communications with dispatch for delivery events and issues.
Keep safe operation procedures for every delivery.
Carry out safety checks/inspections of trucks and trailers daily.
Keep logbooks up to date or ELD usage.
Dryvan/Drayage ( WINDSOR / OSHAWA / BELLEVILLE / GTA)

Requirements:

Owner Operators: must own Truck models 2012 or Higher with light tandem axle, before interviews/tests.

Minimum 5 years of related experience (verifiable) including winter driving experiences.

Valid Class 1 license with Air Brake Endorsement.
Clean Drivers Abstract, N print, no more than 6 points.
Pass Transport Canada driver qualification standards.
A wellmaintained tractor and safety record.
Preemployment Drug/Criminal Background check required.
Preemployment Road Test Required.
TDG license required.

Salary:

To Be Discussed at Interview

Supplemental Pay:

Signon bonus: $1000 (applicable upon 6 months of employment)
Referral bonus: $1000 (applicable upon 6 months of employment)
