As a new member of our warehouse team, you will support with receiving, processing and shipping of parts orders safely and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Check, receive and process sales orders, replenishment orders and purchase orders
- Prepare shipments and create labels
- Contact shipping companies and arrange pick up and delivery
- No location list
- Inventory checks
- File necessary paperwork and stay organized
- Make sure warehouse is clean, tidy and safe
- Cycle count daily
- Work with Component and Reman departments on various warehouse and parts activities
- Process part returns from customers
- Organize warehouse and locations for flow
- Identify priorities for the day (shipping and receiving areas)
- Review stock out and PO to see common parts ordered/patterns
- List of misses and possible sales
- Do a check of warehouse and note all empty spaces and improvement opportunities
- Weekly major clean up
- Works with warranty team to process items for shipping
- Process cores to make sure that all items are stored, packed, and shipped back to the factory
Competencies:
- Forklift license not required but will be considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are selfmotivated with the ability to work alone, unsupervised for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with computers and Microsoft Office suite
- Organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast, everchanging environment
