As a new member of our warehouse team, you will support with receiving, processing and shipping of parts orders safely and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Check, receive and process sales orders, replenishment orders and purchase orders
Prepare shipments and create labels
Contact shipping companies and arrange pick up and delivery

No location list

Inventory checks
File necessary paperwork and stay organized
Make sure warehouse is clean, tidy and safe
Cycle count daily
Work with Component and Reman departments on various warehouse and parts activities
Process part returns from customers
Organize warehouse and locations for flow
Identify priorities for the day (shipping and receiving areas)
Review stock out and PO to see common parts ordered/patterns
List of misses and possible sales
Do a check of warehouse and note all empty spaces and improvement opportunities
Weekly major clean up
Works with warranty team to process items for shipping
Process cores to make sure that all items are stored, packed, and shipped back to the factory

Competencies:

Forklift license not required but will be considered an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are selfmotivated with the ability to work alone, unsupervised for extended periods of time
Ability to work with computers and Microsoft Office suite
Organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast, everchanging environment
