SHOP FOREMAN
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Shop Foreman is responsible for working directly with sales, production staff, and applicable processes utilized in the means and facilitation of production, shipping, and procurement of goods and services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Oversee sales orders and work in concert with all order desk, purchasing, and fieldservice functions and related staff.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete, concise, and accurate to documented procedures to ensure "firstpass" success.
- Oversee/coordinate the inventory levels on all consumables for the group(s) to ensure common inventories at all times.
- Oversee/mentor the applicable staff accountable to you, ensuring continual success in production, productivity, accuracy, quality, and inventory levels for all products and related services.
- Mentor/direct all applicable staff in best practices for all processes/procedures, both documented and un documented.
- Accountable for all repair, assembly, production, and shipping staff and their functions on an ongoing basis.
- Directly accountable for the entire facility's cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Directly accountable for the organization, cleanliness, and safety of the exterior of the facility and its storage conditions.
- Assist and actively mentor all staff, knowing continual visibility and growth is paramount.
- Assist in Non-Conformance Report (NCR) meetings, investigations, actions, and resolutions.
- Fluent in English, must communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, must be willing to work independently (after proper training), and be a selfstarter.
- Technically inclined with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Selfdirected, able to shift and set priorities, while also directing others.
- High degree of competence, reliability, and judgement demonstrated in all aspects of work
- Ability to function in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with multiple time sensitive priorities.
- Minimum 3 years practical experience, or as deemed acceptable by department manager.
Salary:
$28.00-$32.00 per hour
