We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to administer the recruitment process throughout the organization and work with hiring managers to fulfill their staffing needs.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the interview process and conduct reference checks
Create, update, and revise job descriptions and interview guides
Source relevant recruitment events such as postsecondary events and career fairs
Lead new recruitment initiatives for each region
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to raise brand awareness as an employer throughout Western Canada
Represent the company at recruitment events

Requirements:

Postsecondary education in Human Resource Management or related field
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of social media marketing is considered an asset
