Responsibilities:


  • Input and update Client's information
  • Interact with customers and clients to deliver the best customer experience
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Sales and Marketing team
  • Deal with Customer inquires in a professional manner and escalate in cooperation with QA & HR Department.
  • General office administrative duties

Qualifications and skills:

- - year experience in sales or customer service preferred

  • Post-Secondary Education or equivalent related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and prioritizing abilities in a fast paced environment
  • Resultsdriven, selfmotivated and able to work with a team
