DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure staff are properly cross trained
  • Assists in assessing resource capacity, prioritize requests, and manage workload, and set expectations with all departments with respect to priorities and timelines
  • Provide updates on work actively being worked on to the Director Application Support
  • Work collaboratively with all other IT disciplines at Brandt
  • Standardizes Infrastructure requirements.
  • Ensure that all work artifacts are properly documented and documentation is maintained
  • Other duties as required

Required Skills:


  • Post-Secondary Education in Computer Technology and/or Business with emphasis on Computer Systems
  • 10 year's experience working a role supporting technology in a business environment
  • Working knowledge of Business Systems such as ERP, CRM or SCM
  • Working knowledge of requirements gathering, facilitation, testing of software processes
  • Be able to provide exceptional customer service to the end user community
  • Previous experience providing direction to others
  • Previous experience working on or participating in an IT Systems Project
