We are hiring a
Coordinator, Student Services for our Brampton Campus.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assisting with new student orientation and conducting presentations;
  • Planning and implementing on and off campus events
  • Accompanying students on local daytrip events;
  • Creating and distributing enrollment letters, invitation letters, and transcripts upon request;
  • Creating, updating, and distributing electronic and printed communications
  • Implementing Community engagement strategies and use expertise in launching social media platforms. Communication tactics and techniques and positively branding the college community;
  • Performing general administrative duties within the Student Services Department upon request;
  • Leading, creating, organizing, and assisting with special events, and all logistics work involved in the Orientations, Convocations, etc;
  • Performing statistical analysis and research on effectiveness of Student Services initiatives, and presenting data and results in multiple ways;
  • Overseeing and managing Student Bookstore, with responsibilities including ordering, stock maintenance, payment and returns;
  • Engaging students in social responsibility events in the community;
  • Maintaining order, reminding students of rules and regulations; resolving conflicts and reporting conflicts appropriately;
  • Maintaining the general filing system and filing correspondence where appropriate;
  • Identifying opportunities to improve student experience according to their educational and professional goals;


  • Working from Tuesday

  • Saturday (availability every Saturday is required)
  • Other Student Services tasks as required;

Education and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a record of professional accomplishment in student services or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of exposure in educational management with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience sustaining partnerships and collaborations with events providers.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Team player with a clientcentric mindset and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
