This is an 8 month co-op/Intern role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, passionate about investment performance data and reporting to join our Investment Operations team

What will you do?

  • Assist with departmental projects and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Attend project related meetings and take notes on take away and action items and track progress.
  • Help coordinating meetings when different internal teams are involved.
  • Perform tasks such as verification and comparison of data between two sources, helping running schedules/reports to check if the reports are running as expected, trying functionality to ensure it works as expected.
  • Support the endtoend life cycle of private investments, including assisting with securities set up, trade processing, settlements, ongoing asset servicing and investment accounting.
  • Assist with responding to routine and adhoc requests made by internal/external stakeholders while partnering with various stakeholders to ensure the requests are addressed on a timely basis without compromising quality.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment schedules and reports; ensuring accuracy and seeking ways to enhance and provide valuable insights.
  • Assist with investment closings by ensuring completeness of all necessary documentation and authorizations.

  • Have thirst for knowledge and understanding.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Proficient with MS Suite (Excel, Word, Power Automate, Power BI, Planner, SharePoint, Visio)
  • Strong analytical, decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
  • Selfstarter with great work ethic and be able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels
  • Excellent problemsolving and writing skills
