Job Purpose:


Reporting to the Senior Director of Loyalty, CRM and Digital Marketing, the Media Manager is responsible for the management and optimization of media to support marketing programs and business objectives.

The position will lead the relationship with the Media Agency and Advertising Agency to develop, facilitate and execute the media plan through the right channels to drive Rexall's desired business results.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with Marketing and other cross functional teams to develop a robust media strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy and objectives (paid media, digital campaigns, social media, Web, and ecommerce)
  • In partnership with Rexall's media and advertising agencies, produce valuable and engaging content which efficiently delivers upon established KPIs
  • Able to effectively manage and oversee a multimilliondollar media budget.
  • Monitors relevant data (Internal dashboards and trackers, GA4, Google Analytics, CMS, etc.) to identify trends, insights to inform strategies for improvement.
  • Continually assess media spend and effectiveness to maximize effectiveness. Provide suggestions for future programs based on analytics.
  • Measure and report performance, gain insights and assess against total media goals. Provide analytics and reporting for web , ), paid media and search.
  • Builds and maintains meaningful relationships with relevant internal and external partners.
  • Other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group Limited

Knowledge, skills and experience:


  • 4+ years of with digital media & marketing experience; experience in retail media highly desired
  • Experience trafficking, tracking, reporting, and analyzing digital media campaigns.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools (GA4, Google Analytics, Dashboards etc.)
  • Experience managing $1M+ budget for digital paid media.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Selfmotivated and build relationships with internal and external customers
