Associate, Administration - Toronto, Canada - MUFG Investor Services
Description
Reporting to the Executive Director, Client Service Management- Act as first point of contact for visitors / clients
- Monitor incoming calls/fax inbox
- Receive and scan post/couriers to various dept., recording incoming couriers.
- Manage meeting rooms
- Replenish kitchens with supplies on a regular basis
- Ensure all first aid kits are fully stocked.
- Complete internal reporting and manage global directory
- Support the Office Manager in the managing access cards and handling travel arrangements/event management, as and when required.
- Coordinate offsite archiving.
- Keep a neat and professional reception area.
- Support location lead on projects/adhoc tasks as and when requested
- Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above
Qualifications:
- University Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is an asset.
- Fast learner, reliable and trustworthy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work in a team environment
