Description
Reporting to the Executive Director, Client Service Management

  • Act as first point of contact for visitors / clients
  • Monitor incoming calls/fax inbox
  • Receive and scan post/couriers to various dept., recording incoming couriers.
  • Manage meeting rooms
  • Replenish kitchens with supplies on a regular basis
  • Ensure all first aid kits are fully stocked.
  • Complete internal reporting and manage global directory
  • Support the Office Manager in the managing access cards and handling travel arrangements/event management, as and when required.
  • Coordinate offsite archiving.
  • Keep a neat and professional reception area.
  • Support location lead on projects/adhoc tasks as and when requested
  • Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above

Qualifications:


  • University Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is an asset.
  • Fast learner, reliable and trustworthy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment
