Resthaven Memorial Gardens, located at 2700 Kingston Road, Scarborough, Ontario is currently recruiting a full-time Branch Administrator for an 18 month contract.

This position will include working Saturdays on a rotational basis.

We are looking to fill this position with a qualified, action-oriented and self-motivated individual who is capable of prioritizing and handling multiple demands simultaneously.

Taking care of the details on behalf of others during a significant milestone is important and rewarding work.

As Branch Administrator, you will use your skills, expertise, and professionalism., to ensure every customer experience is focused on what matters most-because the details make the difference.

In a role that contributes to meaningful experiences for families, the day to day work means more. And doing it with a team of caring and supportive colleagues is incredibly fulfilling.


Key Qualifications and Demonstrated Abilities:


  • A minimum of Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of previous working experience in office administration.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel.
  • Reliable and independent individual who has the proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely and effective manner.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate will all levels of the organization.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented and possess strong administrative and data entry skills.
  • Exemplifies Arbor's core values of compassion, integrity, trust, teamwork, belonging and excellence.

Responsibilities:


  • Providing outstanding customer service to the families we serve.
  • Delegating customer inquiries.
  • Answering the telephone and greeting customers.
  • Performing general office administration functions including processing of cemetery contracts, amendments to contracts, transfers, process certificates, data entry and various other tasks.
