Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Salary:
$60,000 - $65,000 annually, plus bonus

Responsibilities:

Enter newly executed Agreements into Newstar and distribute them accordingly.
Generate Agreements of Purchase and Sale (with attention to Schedules) and Amendments for multiple projects.
Coordinate sales office and model home setup, maintenance, and weekly deficiencies, collaborating with departments such as IT and Construction.
Provide sales lists and homeowner information to Tarion (HCRA).
Prepare Warning Clauses from subdivision agreements for Agreements of Purchase and Sale.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of preconstruction Agreements of Purchase and Sale for lowrise homes.
25 years of experience in real estate, business administration, or marketing.
Ontario Real Estate Association License is a bonus.
Excellent customer service skills, selfmotivated, and resourceful.
