We're seeking an experienced, E-commerce Operations Supervisor to join our team.

You'll operate out of one of our dynamic Fulfillment Centers:
these sit at the heart of Darwynn world-class, rapidly growing business. They're where we manage our fast-moving inventory; they're also where we developed our smart, industry-leading workflows.

Job Overview


Responsibilities

  • Manage platform accounts such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, shopify, etc., as well as the management of darwynn platform, mainly responsible for the daily operation and management of stores on each platform.
  • According to the company's product resources and turnover goals, formulate an online marketing plan, and arrange for the completion of the implementation

Product creation:
Do a good job in product life cycle management, formulate new product landing sales plans; control product promotion rhythm and cost expenditure, and improve sales and ranking;

  • Lead the team in daily store management and operation, including: product launch, product selling point analysis, account health management, review quantity and quality management, QA management, customer complaints, etc.;
  • Responsible for the on-site operation and operation of each e-commerce platform and off-site drainage work, dig out product highlights, capture keywords, optimize listing title keywords, and create popular products;
  • Analyze the situation of competitors in the industry, understand the market conditions, tap the advantages of their own products, adjust prices, continuously optimize the quality of listings, make full use of the company's product resources and related platforms, and increase product exposure;
  • Regularly count sales data, inventory data, etc., conduct regular summary and analysis of sales, and formulate reasonable improvement plans, including stocking plans

Monthly profit analysis:
Strictly control all aspects of costs, keep each individual profit index within the established range, pay attention to cost accounting, and prepare a profit statement;

  • Plan to set up the company's e-commerce operation team, and lead the team to complete the performance goals

Qualifications
1. 3 years or more of independent operation experience, experience in building blockbusters is preferred, and team management experience, with deep product planning capabilities for hijacking and self-built hot sales;

  • Individuals with independent daily sales of 10,000 US dollars or management teams with sales of more than 1 million US dollars are given priority
  • Familiar with the relevant rules of the Amazon A9 algorithm, can improve the conversion rate of products in actual work, maintain links and store security;
  • Keen idea of Amazon and other platform branding operations and good at budget management;
  • Proficient in the use of various data analysis software and keyword software on Amazon and other platforms;
  • Proficient in the off-site drainage work of Google, Facebook and other advertising promotions
  • Good at operation planning, risk assessment, improving product competitiveness, and improving the actual page traffic and conversion rate through multiple channels;
  • Strong communication skills, strong pressure resistance, strong execution ability, and good team leadership ability
