Description
We are currently hiring Painter/drywaller installers throughout the Sault Ste Marie area to join our growing team


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Paint walls, ceilings, doors, hallways, shelving in Apartment Units
  • Prepares surfaces to be plastered
  • Fills in nicks and cuts in ceilings, walls, and partitions using plaster
  • Repair walls with drywall
  • Sand areas after each coat making drywall paintready
  • Drywall Repairs, Taping and Plastering
  • Drywall Installation is considered an asset
  • Framing considered an asset

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years' experience as a painter and drywaller
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract
  • Able to problem solve onsite and offsite
  • Ability to follow and complete a daily, weekly & monthly task schedule
  • Own Tools Required. They are not supplied.

Salary:
$20.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Marie, ON:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:

- painting: 1 year (preferred)


Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)
  • Night Shift (preferred)
