The Hotel Arts Group is currently seeking energetic and passionate guest service professionals to join our
Front Office Team at Hotel Arts Kensington

Job Details:

Job Type: Parttime
Schedule: Flexible schedule is essential. Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Wage: Starting from $19.00/hour

Members of our
Front Office Team can look forward to performing the following tasks:

Attend to all concerns of the guest proactively and professionally.
Ensure the satisfaction of all guests with a consistent positive attitude.
Review all guest reservations to ensure accuracy.
Ensure rates and account folios are set up and managed correctly.
Communicate key information to appropriate departments and colleagues.
Ensure special requests by guests are completed in a timely manner.
Maintain and balance a cash float during each shift.
Provide services to guests including check in/out, telephone inquiries, luggage, handling, and taking reservations.
Provide guests with the information they require. Answer questions pertaining to events/activities and provide directions regarding their destination.
Perform other assigned comparable or transient duties that are within the domain of knowledge and skills required by the position description.

Job Requirements:

Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about guest service
Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preference to those with availability for rotational shifts.
Criminal background check may be required.
