Job Overview:
Garnett Industries seeking a skilled and experienced Hydrovac Operator to join our team in Saskatoon.

As a Hydrovac Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining hydrovac equipment to safely and efficiently excavate soil and debris in the water and sewer construction industry.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Operate hydrovac equipment to safely excavate soil and debris
Perform pretrip inspections and routine maintenance on equipment
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Complete jobrelated paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Adhere to project specifications and requirements

Qualifications:

Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
Experience operating tandem and tridem axel hydrovacs with manual transmission
Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments with alternating weekend work.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Valid 3A or 1A driver's license with a clean driving record and Manual transmission endorsement is required.
