Job Description Summary:

Responsible for managing sales enablement initiatives and for performing sales analytics and reporting activities to help the sales organization achieve business objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating with Regional Leadership in analyzing sales pipelines and making quarterly and annual orders forecasts for the entire North America region
  • Managing accuracy and utilization of our CRM platform and driving performance of sales data within across the entire North America sales organization
  • Preparing and participating in monthly business review presentations.
  • Engaging in and supporting business in the annual budget planning process
  • Identifying the need and developing standardized business reporting for analyzing sales organization performance metrics for Regional Leadership and individual Sales Managers.
  • Assembling and monitoring key performance indicators in Sales Dashboards.
  • Analyze industry market reports and provide analysis on market size potential and making recommendations for strategic market initiatives
  • Collaboration with Global Supply Chain facilities for communicating supply chain capacity and identifying opportunities for sales conversion.
  • Leading initiatives for developing and rolling out sales support tools and programs
  • Coordinate the measurement and reporting of individual sales team performance
  • Analyzing pricing strategies and coordinating the rollout of pricing programs
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new territory managers on sales management tools and systems.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or Business related from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with understanding of sales organizations structure and processes

Desired Characteristics:


  • MBA Preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel, (Pivot Tables and V Lookups) and Tableau
  • Proficient in the use of ERP operations and CRM and sales management systems including Salesforce
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, highly organized; project or program management experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to escalate problems and roadblocks as needed.
  • Ability to analyze market reports for providing strategic information to key decision makers
