A DAY IN THE LIFE OF:
As an Administrative Assistant you will provide timely and efficient assistance with a variety ofgeneral administrative responsibilities, primarily focused on billing reconciliation or be assignedto support the pharmacy team with various administrative tasks.
The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Pharmacy Operations Manager. The Administrative Assistant also liaises with the BSRx employees as appropriate.Job Qualification
QUALITFICATIONS:
Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Skills and Abilities
Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
MS Office skills required, including Word, Excel, Outlook
Must be able to check incoming faxes for accuracy with close attention to details
Strong Interpersonal and communication (Verbal and Written) skills
The ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the team
