eCommerce Growth Specialist (8 month contract)

Do you have talent for breaking eCommerce projects down, identifying what is valuable and delivering viable solutions?

As an eCommerce Growth Specialist you will, act as a strategic partner to elevate experience optimization and category strategy and action insights based on localized eCommerce trends and opportunities.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.

What you'll do:

Forecast category webdemand based on inputs and trends, with a focus on identifying opportunities as well as threats
Lead business performance reporting for your assigned categories, as well as sitewide performance metrics
Support the Senior leadership with quarterly and annual planning, aligned with the department and company's objectives
Partner with technology partners to help prioritize and operationalize new technologies that impact onsite customer experience or team processes
Guide the team on assigned category strategy

What we're looking for:

2+ years' experience leading and impacting business performance and results in eCommerce, Digital Merchandising, Category Management or Retail Management
2+ years' experience with

- web analytics such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

Experience analyzing and consolidating data (MS Excel, PowerBi)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
