The
Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our growth objectives.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

They are responsible for increasing sales by facilitating orders, processing invoices and accounts receivable, and working towards the sales team's monthly target.


A typical day as a
Inside Sales Representative includes:

  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives
  • Maintain and expand current database of prospects
  • Plan and execute a daily schedule of sales calls in a set call pattern focused on specific, sales focused objectives
  • Effectively planning daily, weekly or monthly/quarterly based goals and distribution objectives
  • Create and maintain all territory analyses and record keeping as required, including account history and data
  • Follow up on all service related issues and opportunities in a thorough and timely manner
  • Participate in sales meetings by voicing customer facings insights and concerns
  • Provide solutions that maintain customer satisfaction and follow established policies
  • Establish customer loyalty and retention by responding to customer inquiries quickly and respectfully, and making appropriate beer recommendations
  • Assist in generating sales and accounts receivable reports for the sales team and management
  • May be required to assist with local Hamilton based deliveries
