_Communications Specialist_

Who you are:


  • Excellent at writing communications that are quickly understood by techsavvy and nontechnical people alike with over 5 years of professional experience.
  • Skilled at working with a variety of teams to pull information out of them and understand their instructions and then communicate these insights in a clear, concise, and impactful message.
  • Writes easily digestible content for websites.
  • A total Microsoft Office Suite nerd (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experienced with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field

What you will do:


  • Work in a wellorganized communication department.
  • Take ownership of assignments by kicking off and leading meetings with enduser computing (Web, Mobile and desktop changes) stakeholders to assess their needs and write up concise communiques.
  • Adhere to the Firm's uniform writing style guide and Improve understanding of company tech solutions.
  • Use your strong and engaging interpersonal skills and collaborate with many different types of audiences.
  • Problemsolve and pay close attention to details.
  • Multitask and handle multiple projects.

It would be awesome if you had:

  • Experience with Website-creation platforms such as Jive or WordPress, SharePoint, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop/Illustrator, Yammer, and HTML.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • A Writing sample portfolio.
