We're looking for an experienced analyst to design new compressors in aircraft engines with advanced technologies.

If you are aerodynamic specialist, enjoy a dynamic team environment and have significant experience in compressor design, analysis, engine test and support, then this opportunity is for you.


Function Description


You will be responsible for design, analysis and test of compressors or fans in an aircraft engine with limited supervision.

You will work directly with multi-discipline teams to deliver a world-class compressor design. It will require strong ability to lead by influence, find solutions and drive consensus between multiple stakeholders.


What you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor degree with 6 to 10 years' experience
  • Master degree with 5 to 8 years' experience
  • Field of studies: Aeronautics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
  • Good compressor aerodynamic knowledge and aircraft engine knowledge
  • Skilled in CFD/CFX analysis tools to analyze and optimize the compressor
  • Familiar with engineering CAD tools
  • Motivated with strong analytical thinking
  • Contribute to process improvement and knowledge documentations
  • Be able to work effectively under time pressure, embraces change and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Good people and communication skills
  • Solid computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
  • Occasional business trips
  • Bilingual French/English is an asset
