Coordinator - Winnipeg, Canada - Herc Rentals
Description
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls and deal with walkin traffic in a timely manner
- Resolve customer inquiries and deal with any issues or concerns
- Provide customers with expert advice on the selection and operation of all the various types of tools and equipment
- Generate additional sales revenue through superior customer service on all existing orders
- Write up rental agreements
- Source available equipment from other branches within the region
- Schedule delivery and pick up of equipment
- Support all team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Prerequisites:
- Must be a recent university graduate, or
- Someone with less than 5 years' work experience with an interest to progress their career in sales or operations, or
- Military veteran
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Conditions of Employment
- Must have valid driver's license with clean abstract
- Previous Equipment Industry experience would be considered a huge asset
